Meet Your Equine Bodywork Expert
Hi there, I'm Dr. Angelique Barbara (my students call me Dr. Angel) and I'm the founder of Holistic Animal Studies. I've been riding horses since I was 5 years old and have owned horses consistently since the age of 12. In 2004, I earned a degree in Veterinary Science with a minor in Equine Science from the University of Arizona. I then stayed on to earn a MS in Veterinary Pathobiology. At that point in my life, I become more holistic oriented so I traveled to Florida to earn a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida campus. I have been teaching animal bodywork since 2009 and put the courses online through Holistic Animal Studies in 2015. I currently have 1000's of students all over the world and I would love have you as part of the Angel's Animals family!
